Maxwell Wilson Construction Contracting Ltd. is a residential/commercial landscape contractor serving the southern Georgian Bay. Based in Tiny Township, we service anywhere west to Wasaga beach and east to Orillia, south to Barrie and north to Honey Harbour.
Our hard-scape services include installation and repair of interlocking driveways, walkways, patios, fireplaces, retaining walls, and installation and repair of concrete walkways.
Our soft-scape services include lot grading, erosion/water control, sod repair and installation, and tree and shrub planting.
M.W.C.C. Ltd can preform a variety of interlocking paver installation on your property. We do driveways, patios, walkways and steps using many different styles of pavers, so that the pavers match your property’s aesthetic. There are modern pavers and patterns for more modern styles, as well as classic pavers and patterns to match historic properties. We always recommend pavers that suit the property.
Interlocking Paver Repair and Relaying
M.W.C.C. Ltd is able to repair interlocking features on your property that may have shifted and moved over the years. Interlocking pavers are a long term investment and can be reused multiple times saving you the cost of purchasing new ones. We will lift up the existing pavers, determine the reason that the pavers shifted and correct the situation, compact the base, level and place the pavers. Your driveway, walkway, or patio will appear brand new, and last for many more years.
Grading | Swales | French Drains | Downspout Extension
Many leaking basements can be fixed or greatly reduced by just controlling how the rain, melting snow, and ground water flows on your property. By diverting water away from the foundation of your house using grades, swales, french drains, extending downspouts, or a combination of these measures, water entering the basement can be eliminated. Keeping water away from you home’s foundation in the first place, is a much more cost effective solution to a wet basement.
M.W.C.C. Ltd also offers soft scape installation services to ensure the natural beauty of your property. We can install topsoil and sod on newly cleared properties or new builds and remove old sod and replace with new sod on existing properties to refresh your lawn. We also offer tree and shrub planting services to complete the overall look of the property or restore newly excavated areas.
Our team has extensive experience in landscape excavation services. Lot clearing, grading, ditching, and trenching are just some of the excavation services that we provide.
We are committed to providing you with outstanding professional service
My name is Maxwell Wilson and I am owner operator of Maxwell Wilson Construction Contracting LTD. I am proud to be launching this company in 2020. It has been a goal of mine that is 5 years in the making. I look forward to the challenge of running a business that is focused on providing quality work with excellent customer relations and satisfaction.
After 5 years working in the construction industry, I found myself 2 kilometres under the ground, contributing to the construction of a gold mine that extended to new depths that very few mines have ever reached. I was fascinated that human ingenuity and technology in construction, has allowed mankind to access minerals from this depth. It was at this point that I knew I wanted to learn all that I could about construction and create a company that will, in some way, construct a better world. For the next 5 years, continued to work in construction and learn everything I could from experienced leaders in the field, diversify my skills, and educate myself to start my own company.
Making the transition from construction worker to starting my own business, has not been an easy one. There have been many challenges to overcome but my wife, Josephine has been a huge supporter of this dream of mine. She has been by my side for this entire journey and has enabled me to fulfill this dream. We have been residents of Lafontaine in Tiny Township for 3 years now and have fell in love with the people and natural beauty of the southern Georgian Bay area. We look forward to extending our roots and connecting more with the community for years to come.
