This award has been established to honour Austin Matthews the Founder of the MPDBA. He has always supported and encouraged leadership skills in young people and it is our goal to remember his service in this way, while helping a student. The award is given annually to a qualifying student showing leadership potential. The purpose is to help fund the cost of a leadership program at Camp Kitchikewana.
